Hotel Drinking In Puerto Rico
No, I'm not long in possession of the Schumann symphonies. Before, I always found them to be 'mushy'. And it was just right, I can now say with utter conviction, after Gardiner, Hengelbrock & Co. have the 'split sound ' invented. No, this is not the Tone, your head splits, these are the sounds and characters that are inside a former compact, opaque overall sound heard after that of the United fiddlers and horn players and ... has been broken.
I signed up for the "Orchestre Revolutionnaire et Romantique 'decision in Gardiner. But the Hengelbrock is gorgeous. Life is not easy: It sometimes asks the toughest decisions.
[Another tip by the way? But you: The Freischütz Overture with Hengelbrock. Then we can fall sobbing into the arms of one another, even if we only hear words like 'German Romanticism' or 'German forest'. Well, and the corresponding Policies of the last blog has also done then. - Best regards from the Rhine Promenade - Philotustan
